This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made via Dewatri.com, whether paid in full or partially, and processed through our official payment gateway Midtrans.
2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations
a. Fast Boat Tickets
Cancellation more than 72 hours before scheduled departure: 80% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellation within 72 hours of departure time: No refund.
No-show on the departure date or failure to check in on time: No refund.
b. Tour Packages & Day Tours
Cancellation more than 48 hours before the service date: 80% refund.
Cancellation within 48 hours of the service date: No refund.
No-show or early departure from a tour: No refund.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
Late arrival at meeting points, ports, or pickup locations
Failure to present valid travel documents
Personal changes in travel plans or itinerary
Seasickness, fear of sea travel, or discomfort due to weather conditions
Immigration issues, visa problems, or denied boarding by authorities
4. Operator or Force Majeure Cancellations
In the event that a service is canceled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Extreme weather conditions
Port authority restrictions
Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
Dewatri.com will offer one of the following options, subject to operator policies:
Reschedule the service at no additional cost (subject to availability), or
Issue a partial or full refund after deducting non-recoverable operational expenses
5. Refund Method & Processing Time (Midtrans)
All approved refunds will be processed through Midtrans and returned to the original payment method used during booking.
Refund processing time typically ranges from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank, credit card provider, or e-wallet service.
Transaction fees charged by Midtrans, banks, or payment providers may be non-refundable.
6. Partial Payments & Deposits
Deposits or partial payments, where applicable, are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the booking confirmation.
Any refundable amount will be calculated based on the total booking value, not including administrative or transaction fees.
7. Amendments to This Policy
Dewatri.com reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect operational, legal, or commercial changes. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
